When accessing your My Archodia account for the first time, you might need to verify and register your account. We do this to ensure the right person has the right access.
How to verify your account:
- Open your My Archodia login page
- Enter your login credentials (email & password)
- Download the Archodia, Google, or Microsoft "authentication mobile app" from the app store
- Use the "Authentication app" to scan the QR code, or manually enter the secret key to get your verification code
- Then enter the 6-digit verification code you see on the screen of your authentication app
- Click "Verify & Continue" to verify your account and log in
You only need to set up this 2F Authentication once. The next time you log in, open the authentication app to immediately get your verification code.
Lost your mobile device?
If you have lost your mobile device or need to migrate your Authentication to another device, you can request a 🆔 verification reset. Once approved, you will be able to verify your account using your new device by following the How to verify your account instructions above.
