Discussion Tab

If you have an active Archodia service or project running, you can use the "Discussion" tab found under the active service/project dashboard to contact your dedicated partner support manager.

NOTE: The Discussion tab is only available and visible when you have an active Archodia service or project running. If you do not have an active service or project running, visit the How to request service support and open support tickets help link.

In most cases, your dedicated partner support manager will have created new Discussions specifically for each of your active services or projects, which will be visible under the specific active service or project. 

You can always create new Discussions yourself and title them accordingly.

How to respond to or create a new service/project Discussions:

  1. Log in to your account here: https://my.archodia.com/authentication/login
  2. Select the "My Services" menu tab
  3. In the "Current Services" area, select the service or project under which you want to respond to or create a new Discussion
  4. Select the "Discussion" option from the available menu tabs
  5. Now you can either respond to an active Discussion or create a new one


Don't have an active service or project?

No worries. You can use the "Service and Support Request" form to contact us.
